Our pilates reformer classes focus on creating long and lean muscles, while increasing both strength and flexibility. You will be guided through arm, leg, and core sequences while focusing on linking the breath with your movement. Rather than using heavy weights and big movements, pilates training focuses on using your body weight in small, repetitive movements targeting smaller muscles that may not normally be used. The end results is an elongated spine, improved posture and range of motion.
